The location was the only thing good about this property. We paid around 3.2k per night. I don’t know if this is too less for pahalgam, but it’s no Switzerland in terms of infra. The beauty of pahalgam is not comparable but apart from that the infra, the environment was not comparable. The room was tiny, we had 3 luggage, so there was no place to move in the room. There were no amenities other than electric blanket and geyser. Not even a glass ! There were no availability of mineral water or food. Just tea was available and they were heating the mineral water provided by us for drinking.

Nice and cosy stay. Located little higher than other hotels at main market so got good view of the snow capped mountains from the window. I suggest the hotel to have a kitchen to supply some breakfast and refreshments to the guests so that we need not step out of the hotel for food.

Overall excellent experience, property is very clean and safe for family, best view… only one recommendation that property should have food

Amazing location. Love the front place and also the friendly behaviour of the staff. But miss the fooding, otherwise excellent staying.

Firstly the hotel is not actually a hotel but a tiny hut with tiniest rooms smelling like hell.It has no security.If a person is in problem there nobody come to help. The windows were wrapped with plastics(God knows why). In such a cold the rooms has no heaters or air conditioners. When we went to the place nobody was there,the hut was locked we waited there for 1hr. After calling them several times they came.We went inside after watching the condition of the rooms and we immediately canceled our stay there and went in search of new hotel. It should be rated as a one star hotel,I don't understand how could have someone given a 4.7 star rating to this.Maybe fake reviews and ratings. I request not to recommend this hotel to anyone or else it will be a worst nightmare for them. Room is good, but chua (rat) available, otherwise all good, breakfast available, service *** bohot acha hai.

everything Okiesh stays and is not very comfortable for the family.food we have to get outside . staffs good.

We stayed for 1 day and Aamir was the person who was assisting. He was Humble and Polite. He helped us to book the horse and car for visiting nearby sites. Recommended for single day stay.
